This pretty Cottage is a delightful traditional  Lakeland  miners terrace cottage set on a quiet  terrace below "Glenridding Dodd", in an ideal location above the lakeside village of Glenridding.

The cottage is conveniently situated for access to the Fells and to  Lake Ullswater.

There are numerous routes for the intrepid hiker including the popular  trek to Helvellyn via "Striding Edge" or via the Lead Mines and up Sticks Pass.

There are also more leisurely walks for the less adventurous, on the lower parts of the fells.

Or just sit out in the front garden, relax and look over onto the foothills of Helvellyn or down to the lake.

Steamers travel to and from Glenridding Pier to Howtown and Pooley Bridge, enabling you to relax and admire the fabulous scenery around Ullswater.
